Interview Advice

Ok guys, I just finished my 6th interview of 11 scheduled, and these are all 1st interviews. I am looking for advice from anyone who has experience hiring engineers right out of college. What do you look for most in a new engineer? What kinds of questions should I be asking the interviewers?

Three of my favorites are:
"What are you looking for in new hires?"
"What to you like most about your company?"
"Are there any questions I should have asked but didn't?"

When I was going through interviews I always asked the person interviewing me what position did they start at with that company and do they like to promote from within.
