Yep... I expect 1 long score a game and a handful of 20+ yarders at this point.I would except that Oregon freaking State and TCU kind of showed us that is indeed the bar for this defense.
Yeah what’s missing is over in the Horseshoe and Hand GrenadesThis thread is missing something...now I see what it is.

Yep, IU will test the CBs and LBs more than the safeties downfield. Buckeye D-Line will do what they normally do, but IU knows that. They're already a quick, underneath passing team within 10 yards- it will only be more prevalent now.Checking out the 60 minute version of the IU-Rutgers game and their offense concerns me a bit. A lot of quick accurate passes with a dose of misdirection and a mobile QB. Admittedly, Rutgers D is garbage, but it's the exact kind of offense that can be a problem for a defense that likes to miss tackles and occasionally gets lost.
I'm interested to see exactly how RU shut them out in the 2nd half.
First possession was a 3 and out after 3 runs with Scott.
Second possession, they moved the ball across the 50 but then had a couple throwaways leading to a punt.
3rd possession crossed the 50 before Scott fumbled.
4th possession had them down around the RU 25 until a 4th and 9 pass was picked in the end zone.
Defense doesn't look terrible either, although if Sitkowski could hit on a pass over 20 yards, that might be different. I expect to see an aggressive approach from iu mug like PSU did.
