Game Thread Indiana at tOSU, Nov 5th, Noon ET, BTN (ovflw for some)

In terms of atmosphere, everything I have heard has led me to believe this hasn't been a banner year at Ohio Stadium.

At one point in the 4th, Indiana was inside the redzone and was able to audible TWICE. I mean, it's a tight game, and the opposing team audibles not once, but twice. Ugh.

It's easy to audible when the entire team is looking at the sideline for the play change. No voice communication was needed. However, the crowd woke up after Miller's interception. What happened? 3 and out. I did everything in my power to get people to wake up. Sadly, they only got loud when the bong happened.

Put the nephew to work and he came through. 18AA, eleven rows from the field, the 25 yard line could have served as the crack in my ass. $40 a piece.

Who would have thought that this defense would have so much trouble?
But it was a beautiful day an d what better place to spend it than at the 'shoe?

No, the play I'm referencing Tre Roberson actually went up to the line and audibled, yelled to his receivers etc...a "traditional" audible

The whole "3 losses quarterback is gone etc etc" argument is valid, and completely pathetic.

Not taking a shot at you, jlb, just saying I think its sad that a 3/4 filled Camp Randall was more pumped for the Purdue game today than a sold out Ohio Stadium in a tight game, albeit against a traditionally overmatched opponent.

Ah well, I never heard him.....then again I was yelling myself.

But yes, I totally agree that the crowd sucks when it's not a premiere game.

The crowd went from dead to mild in the 2nd quarter, trying to urge their team on, but the Shoe is only formidable for big games & hated rivals.
Sad really. I remember a time when the Shoe was loud even if we were playing lowly Indiana. The Noon kickoff doesn't due them any favors though. I'm barely awake by then.

What does this have to do with the OSU -- IU game? Absolutely nothing. Just sittin here watching the Arkansas - So. Carolina game and Arky just runs a kickoff back 80- 90 yards and the camera closes in on Spurrier, he's got that screwed up, you're not playing fair, I only like it when my kids do well, little kid who just had his toy stolen, whine... God, how I love to root against that sonuvabitch.
