Alright, should be a PI...wtf, two fouls...ah ok, I'll take that.

Seems like they should both be marked off when it's PI and a late hit. If it was a complete pass and a late hit, it would be tacked onto the play. The PI prevented the catch, so the late hit should be tacked on to the PI. It terms of logic and fairness, I'm not sure about the actual rule book.

Thankfully, Braxton just made it a moot point!
