At some point there has to be accountability among the players too. It's just not entirely on the coach - basic basketball stuff is being ignored on the floor. Part of it is on this group.

Right, I agree there is some horrible individual decisions. But ultimately the messaging isn’t being delivered. And Holtmann is the one that recruited these individual players or allow them to play like this.

The other thing I will say - at the college level with limited coaching hours - it is imperative to recruit dudes that want to improve their ball skills. Guys that are shooting, running, dribbling all day to get better.

There is no sign that these guys have any discernable basketball skills. And they definitely haven’t improved.

I’m so pissed all over again.

It's worse than that...they have no poise. Little basketball IQ and the effort levels are up and down, especially on defense.

There's only so much a coach can do. There needs to be a full roster rebuild at this point.

Edit to add: I don't know what the 11W posters are thinking but Holtmanns replacement is going to be much like him in terms of experience....no big name is coming here, especially o play 2nd fiddle to football in a non-basketball state...
