Anyone have an insiders idea on Terrelle Pryor's injury status for this weekend? If he is out or less than 100%, there is no chance Ohio State covers the 22 point spread, especially considering the lack of production from Boom and Zoom! Thanks for any info!

Merih;1787290; said:Good question, seeing as how our usual nickelback (Moeller) is going to be out. Moeller as a star was always more LB than Safety to me; an extremely rangy linebacker. Now, Christian Bryant I see as more of a natural nickelback, who also fits the star. A good coverage guy who is a sound and strong tackler.
OSU typically likes to keep their two stalwart LB's in the game at all times. I think Heacock will love to see Indiana line up in 5 wides, because that means their offensive line will have no help in trying to deal with our pass rush.
This could work out into a field day for our defensive lineman. The only problem I can see arising is in quick dumpoff plays where the ball is out of Chappell's hands quick. It worked well against Michigan because scUM's first guy on the scene often missed the tackle resulting in a bigger play. I wouldn't expect that from our defense, but that's why they play the games.

Anyway, I'm betting that Chappell and company can keep it closer than 22 points. Here's hoping I'm wrong and that something that resembles a running game emerges.
