In-state Players

So I've been doing a little project. I was curious what "major" D-1A programs had the most in-state players. The following is what I found.

Note - These are all Rivals numbers. I defined "major" D-1A as schools that had been ranked pre-season top ten at least once in the past decade.

Alabama, for having a small population does turn out more than their fair share of big school talent.

If you go back and look at Mercer Buckeye's Thread starter again you will see Texas as 93%.

I'm surprised to see PSU at only 42% considering they're in a realtively talent rich state, but I guess we have something to do with that.
