Improved ad quality (hopefully)

Made wholesale changes to the ads tonight, my hope is that we're going to see a lower rate of headache ads. It's something I've been working on for some time, and if this goes well (no blaring audio, redirects, etc.) then I'll carve the changes in stone when I do the software/forum upgrades.
