Impressions five games in?

The only things stopping this team from a Final Four run this season is fatigue and injuries. Fatigue could be a huge factor as we only have 8(9) guys and 25+ games left. That fatigue could also lead to an injury here and there which will decimate us come Big10 schedule time. We just have to cross our fingers and enjoy every second of it all while it lasts!

We have a chance to do some great things this year. The progression of the new players has been outstanding. Without Oden we could be in real trouble once we hit the conference schedule. We need him then. We could easily lose to NC without him. I am very pleased with the way Hunter has worked out, but he can't carry the team during the Big 10.
We have ten players with the two new walk ons , don't we? It's crappy when you don't have enough players to practice 5 on 5.
We will find out next weds. if we have a final four team or not.

UNC has had their own struggles so far this season, I like our match-ups on the perimeter, its inside where UNC has a distinct advantage with Oden not in uniform......or will he be in uniform?

I think we have the advantage on the perimeter. Inside is where we will have problems, even if he plays I don't see Oden at 100% and that will hurt .
