Our Offense would be doing wonders with a big time back...... It just helps set up the pass and take off so much pressure off Zwick. Pittman if given the chance could get 100 yards, but right now our Defense is struggling to keep teams from scoring so we're passing all the time.... We need our Defense to get back to usual form more than anything IMO.

Funny how the fact our defense is not as dominant ( I say this because it is still a very good def) has exposed the fact our offense has been so inept the last couple of years. It just is amazing how little our offensive coaches do with so much talent... I am such a Tressel homer it is unreal but if I hear him say one more time we need to execute better I am going to go crazy. Fine then start executing better...

As it is now, he will be the #1 draft pick for the NWTT (National Wasted Talent Team). That guy really pisses me off, had the world by the balls but couldn't keep his nose clean for 3 years...what a waste :pissed:

I know this is beating a dead horse, but do you think MoC even thinks twice about the decision he made? Hindsight is 20/20, but did he really think the NFL was going to welcome him with open arms? Oh well, I hope his life turns out well.

I don't know...sounds good in theory, but my guess is there would be another NCAA investigation, and negative MoC headlines would still be a weekly event in C-bus....I'm one that would rather have him and his negativity gone than have him here destroying tOSU's reputation even further. Of course, if there would have been no off-field controversies, I'd take him in a heartbeat...

MoC wouldn't of lasted til his junior year no matter what. He only had one full year without injury throughout his whole short football career and that was his senior year of high school. He was out alot his first year at OSU too. He was amazing to watch on the field though. A truely great talent on the field.
I have heard that his shoulder injury may be more serious than previously thought and may be career ending. If anyone knows anymore about that please do tell. I'd be interested to know more about that.

He has Jim Brown giving him advice, it has to

One rumor out there was the Brown became frustrated with MoC and the advice the attorneys were giving him. He wanted MoC to take his punishment from OSU and come back with a vengeance. Who knows whether it was true, but I don't recall seeing Brown much when MoC was challenging the NFL.

No, we need to get a fucking running game, or at least hit our open receivers. We do that and the defense is far more rested and the opposing offense has far less time with which to operate.

Like at the end of last season when the D ran out of gas against Scum. The D was tired because of the time on the field. The D couldn't stop anything against Scum. The year of being on the field so much took its toal. :(

Mili is exactly right-an explosive offense can make a champion out of a good, but not great D-like we have this year.
As far as Jim Brown goes, I respect the hell out of him-he is one of the few people out there who truly speaks his mind and stands up for his genuine beliefs(and actually having beliefs-not a flake like Rodman or Marilyn Manson), w/out taking shit from anyone or giving a damn what anyone says about him.
