    today i have a FOUR hour training call to install and test 10 digits software (Mobile CRM for blackberry users). i've been dreading this day for months and its finally here. and i'm sure that big papa is laughing right now

    very true, but the two guys that are doing the call are Canadian - so i have to listen to them say a-boot (about) and eh all afternoon - maybe i'll go have a beer or two for lunch :biggrin:

    i'd say 4-5 would be a more approriate number... just counter each "a-booot" with a "bless you" and each "eh" with a "do you need a kleenex?"
