...And They Lived Happily Ever After
After being off work since July 18th, I have finally started a new job. It's not exactly what I've been doing (Medical Assistant), but nonetheless, it's a job!!
CCI has carried me and my kids financially for 6 months now, which he didn't mind, but it's been really hard on everyone involved.
I got hired on the spot as an Assistant Manager of an Amerihost Inn. Today will be my 2nd day at work. Before I got into the medical field, I worked as a guest services manager at a hotel for 2 years. I like working with people, and I can always keep trying to get back into the medical field. But, for now, I am very excited to be working again.
I just thought I would share the good news. My wrist is feeling 100% better, it aches sometimes with the cold weather here, but other than that it's fine. :biggrin:

Actually, there is a pc in the lobby for "guests only", and when I worked my first day, I was thinking Hell Yeah--BP, then I went into the Break Room, and saw a nasty letter from the owners to the employees, saying we were not there to surf the web, and there would be frequent surprise visits. :sad2:


However, we are getting a laptop soon, so when I'm working the desk, I'll have it back there with me.... :evil:

Hmmm... I've never heard of 'Zombie-Fever' before... that is new.

Could be a Vampire I suppose, too.

So many "undead" these days, hard to keep track.

CCI, watchout for "Pink Eye"-- might be a ruse.:wink2:
