No, you should probably use kevlar also, wouldn't want to get shot for coming too close to someone's tree stand. Let's see, last year you got to the BCS title game "because [you] were #1" according to the BCS (of course, both the AP and coaches poll had USC #1). You had already gotten punked in your own conference "championship" game, and you followed up this performance (if you can call it that) by getting punked in the BCS title game. This year the BCS, AP and coaches poll all unanimously have USC #1 going into the championship game, yet this is due to "your stupid local california media" that "makes sc sound better." Hmmm. Now, that's a compelling thesis. Last time I checked, AP voters (i.e., media) are distributed all over the country. They are not local to California. And those great arbiters of all things college football, ESPN, are about as far away from California as one can get. No, my dimwitted, backwater friend, the "rest of the USA," including the national media, thinks that USC is legit. If they didn't, we wouldn't be ranked #1 in the nation -- ahead of Chokelahoma.

I just checked out the newspaper from Randlett, you guys should check it out. At the moment I'm writing this, it is 17 degrees in Randlett with a wind chill factor of 7 degrees. Tomorrow, there will be a high of 29 and a low of 15. In San Diego, where I live, it's 51 degrees, feels like 51, and tomorrow a beautiful temperature of 67. WICHITA FALLS -- A former employee in the city's personnel department is accused of giving confidential information about police officers to drug manufacturers and users to help eliminate her ex-husband's drug debt.
Tiffany Marie Green, 22, was charged Friday with tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony. She was free today on $100,000 bond.
Police said Green gave the drug manufacturers and users personal details about at least eight officers, including their addresses and Social Security numbers. Some of the officers work in narcotics and some do undercover work.
The police department learned of the problem on Dec. 4 when officers booking a man into the Wichita County Jail found an interoffice memo with confidential police information among his belongings.
According to Green's arrest affidavit, she was assigned to put personal information sheets in envelopes and send them to the correct city departments using interoffice mail. The memo that was found at the jail had never been mailed from personnel.
Green sobbed as she apologized at her Friday hearing.
"I'm sorry for that, I am," she said.
Wichita Falls Police Chief Dennis Bachman said he did not know how many lists had been circulated. Investigators found at least one handwritten copy.
He said investigators do not know what the drug manufacturers and users planned to do with the information, but he speculated their motives could include identity theft or burglary.
"The officers are very upset, of course," Deputy Chief Gerald Todd said.
City Personnel Director Jan Stricklin said the system already has safeguards, but more probably will be added.

Honestly, I lived in CA, OK, MO, WA, KY, and now GA, and I would personally choose to live in OK or GA more than CA. OK might not have all the glamour, but everyone is genuinely friendly, nice rolling hills (in the eastern side of the state, that's why its called Green Country), changing seasons, and you can find plenty to do in either Tulsa or OKC without the headache of the overwhelming traffic, smog, or a-holes.

Let's see, last year you got to the BCS title game "because [you] were #1" according to the BCS (of course, both the AP and coaches poll had USC #1). You had already gotten punked in your own conference "championship" game, and you followed up this performance (if you can call it that) by getting punked in the BCS title game. This year the BCS, AP and coaches poll all unanimously have USC #1 going into the championship game, yet this is due to "your stupid local california media" that "makes sc sound better." Hmmm. Now, that's a compelling thesis. Last time I checked, AP voters (i.e., media) are distributed all over the country. They are not local to California. And those great arbiters of all things college football, ESPN, are about as far away from California as one can get. No, my dimwitted, backwater friend, the "rest of the USA," including the national media, thinks that USC is legit. If they didn't, we wouldn't be ranked #1 in the nation -- ahead of Chokelahoma.

I just checked out the newspaper from Randlett, you guys should check it out. At the moment I'm writing this, it is 17 degrees in Randlett with a wind chill factor of 7 degrees. Tomorrow, there will be a high of 29 and a low of 15. In San Diego, where I live, it's 51 degrees, feels like 51, and tomorrow a beautiful temperature of 67. But I'm sure I'd like to live in Randlett over San Diego, right?

WICHITA FALLS -- A former employee in the city's personnel department is accused of giving confidential information about police officers to drug manufacturers and users to help eliminate her ex-husband's drug debt.
Tiffany Marie Green, 22, was charged Friday with tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony. She was free today on $100,000 bond.
Police said Green gave the drug manufacturers and users personal details about at least eight officers, including their addresses and Social Security numbers. Some of the officers work in narcotics and some do undercover work.
The police department learned of the problem on Dec. 4 when officers booking a man into the Wichita County Jail found an interoffice memo with confidential police information among his belongings.
According to Green's arrest affidavit, she was assigned to put personal information sheets in envelopes and send them to the correct city departments using interoffice mail. The memo that was found at the jail had never been mailed from personnel.
Green sobbed as she apologized at her Friday hearing.
"I'm sorry for that, I am," she said.
Wichita Falls Police Chief Dennis Bachman said he did not know how many lists had been circulated. Investigators found at least one handwritten copy.
He said investigators do not know what the drug manufacturers and users planned to do with the information, but he speculated their motives could include identity theft or burglary.
"The officers are very upset, of course," Deputy Chief Gerald Todd said.
City Personnel Director Jan Stricklin said the system already has safeguards, but more probably will be added.

Honestly, I lived in CA, OK, MO, WA, KY, and now GA, and I would personally choose to live in OK or GA more than CA. OK might not have all the glamour, but everyone is genuinely friendly, nice rolling hills (in the eastern side of the state, that's why its called Green Country), changing seasons, and you can find plenty to do in either Tulsa or OKC without the headache of the overwhelming traffic, smog, or a-holes.
