on numerous prior occasions i have attempted to cheer for TSUN OOC, but as soon as anything goes wrong i find myself jeering at them instead... i know that them having success is good for the Buckeyes by way of extension, but i just can't find it in my heart to root for those bastards in blue.

I remember two occasions recently of when I have tried to be a good B10 fan and root for scUM, the Oregon game this year and the Nebraska bowl game a few years back. It started so well with me silently pulling for the skunks, but as things fell apart, I could not help but giggle. Even in the Ntre ame games I find myself rooting for the stadium to implode so neither wins (is that a bad thing:tongue2:)

As much as I despise some SEC rivals at times, I always root for them in OOC games, especially bowl games.

I always feel that it is necessary to root for them when they are not playing us. Like it or not we are looked at as the same entity in many areas of the country. If they lose it hurts us by extension. I liken it to a horribly dysfunctional family.

I must admit. I cant help but laugh when bad things happen to them though.
