Have the party either early AM 10:00 - 12:00 or late 7:00PM --> whenever. That should clear your slate for a 12:00 Noon or 3:30 PM kick-off.

Schedule her birthday party to coincide with the game. It can be the entertainment. That way you save money on a clown.

Have the party from 10:30 until noon, with Gameday on. Corso will be the clown.
