If such a group existed, which it doesn't, as we all know.. but supposing it did, it would need someone to steal people's things. I could talk to the PCP brass about the specifics, but alas, there is no "brass" but if there was, I'm sure they'd say "Fine, so long as he keeps his hands out of our coffers." But, then, of course, there aern't any coffers... so, speculatively, I'd figure that's what it would be about.
