If you ever want to make yourself vomit...... simply take your monthly payment and multiply it by the number of months you'll be paying it. Then compare that number to the number you actually bought the house for.......

If you can afford it, just round it up a hundred or so dollars every month...for example- if your payment is $575- pay $ 650 - $700. It will actually add about 2 payments a year, and you'll pay if off super-fast
