I suspect that this was a coup organized by the militant Arabian Angelfish. I have heard that there has been rioting in the Molokini crater reef due to the breakdown of the Humu socialist regime. The Humuhumu party has been unable to put down recent rebel activity and it would appear that the Angelfish are looking to move in due to the recent waning power of the incumbent government. Civil unrest is everywhere.

Not often. But, I still run into a ton of place names with double or even triple vowels ("Kaaawa") or streets that sound like kids talking about going to the bathroom ("Pupupuhi").

On April 17, 2006, bill HB1982 was presented to the Governor of Hawaii which permanently reinstated the reef triggerfish (humuhumunukunukuapuaʻa) as the state fish of Hawaiʻi. The bill passed into law on May 2, 2006 and was effective upon its approval
