How to/not to treat customers

LoKy.....mom and pop restaurants are the best....there is a pizza place in dublin called Enrico's.....Some nights you go in there and grandma and granpa are in the back cooking, the daughter is taking orders and the grandaughter is waiting tables......

Same thing at Yanni's (greek food) in Westerville....

We go to an Amish place that is awesome... the food is so good. It's the same thing... grandma is back there working the register. They have homemade cake and pie that is the best I've ever had.

Don't have your call center in a different country where the workers can barely speak the English language yet are calling only people that can speak English.

Dell!!!!!!!
Last time this happened to me I told the lady on the other end that I pressed 1 for english..

My mom lives really close to Yanni's in a condo, so we go there pretty often. We love the atmosphere and the fact that if something is wrong, they don't have to consult their manager to fix it. The food's always delicious, so it's never wrong, but I feel the service is so much better...

Probably seen you there!

i went to go get lunch at panera bread the other day, and wanted to get a bacon-egg bagel. They told me it was ok and put it on the order. The next thing i know, i go to get my sandwich and theres just bacon on it. Im thinking, ok what the hell, and go up to the counter and ask about it. They said they didnt have eggs, and in return a got a full ham+cheese+tomatoe+lettuce bagel sandwich with a pickle upgrade free of charge. It was from like paying $1.15 for a 5 dollar sandwich. i was pretty happy about that.
