Well you've got your Franco-American Spaghetti and there's the Franco-Prussian War. How about Chinese American? Or if we're doing it by continent, how about Asian American? Or the phrase that was in vogue during the Vietnam War for the orphans fathered by GIs, Amer Asian, or maybe it was Amerasian? And while we're about it, Afro American would also include those from North Africa too, would it not? Franco-Afro-Americanos.
