Though it isn't in my best interest of the bet, I agree it should be the last possible date for a commit to sign his LOI, seeing as he counts towards the class regardless of when he signs.

Also, if a kid graduates HS in December 2008, he still falls under prof's "Athlete is graduating in 2009" requirement...

So, it turns out that I am, once again, a moron when it comes to setting up bets of this nature. As you can see, I finally figured out that I can't lose if I just bet on all three outcomes, and so... once this pays out, I'll have 5,000,000 in vcash, for risking 3,000,000. And, it looks like you're still working on the details, so I'm going to abandon this bet. The next bet you will only be able to bet on ONE outcome (which I should have done this time, regardless.)

So what you are saying is that the good news is that I don't have to wait until April to not get the money I won't be getting anyway and that makes me richer in the long run?
