How long is your commute?

With the discussions we have had lately about gas prices, and reading an article in this week's Newsweek about the increase in commute times, I thought it would be interesting to see how long it takes for people to commute to work (or school) one way.

Kind of a personal question, isn't it?

Anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on:

1. School sessions. When UH is out, traffic is about 30% less congested.
2. Holidays. State holidays reduce traffic almost as much as UH being out.
3. Weather. If it even drizzles, locals drive about 20 MPH slower.
4. Accidents/stalls. Any sort of obstacle on the highway backs up traffic like you wouldn't believe.
