The week after the Tejas game my NCOIC was talking shit about the bucks going to have another season like the last, so I made two bets of 500 pushps each with him. The first was that tOSU would have more wins at the end of the season than his team. The second that tOSU would have less losses at the end of the season than his team. These two seperate bets are only important because his team happens to be in the NFL.

You're going to have to put him on a pushup payment plan, as he will never be able to pay in full. Just tell him that he can drop on sight (of you) at 1st formation every day for...oh, say 4 weeks straight (50 pushups at a time X 20 formations) He'll just LOVE that shit.
