A helluva lot better then Clemson. I'll never get over the bullshit in our semi-final game.

A better question would be how does whoever wins the LSU/Clemson slugfest fare against an Ohio State who got a layup against Oklahoma....had they given Ohio State the 1 seed they deserved.

With a healthy Fields, it’s a toss up. They have the advantage on defense and in the run game. I think they’d control the clock and QB run them to death in the 4th.
As they were, they give LSU a hell of a game but come up ~10 pts short.

I like to think the Bucks would have given them a much better game that Clemson did, and that it would have been decided in the 4th qtr, but I don't think even the 2019 defense would have hung for 60 minutes with Joe B and company. That was a generationally great offense. Still would have loved to see that played though.

I think the strategy would be to lean on our run game with Dobbins which was lethal. Limit LSU's possessions and we would've had a good chance. We were certainly more balanced with a top 5 O and D. LSU's D was underwhelming that year
