How do you prefer your hamburger? (tks Thump, Cheeburger thread inspired me)

I got this from my cousin in Xenia.

1. melt bleu cheese on to the burger as it finishes cooking to your specs
2. add 1 slice fresh onion
3. slap it on a bun and serve

No condiments, no rabbit food.

pretty basic: cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. essentially, what most establishments consider "with everything." if the ingredients are of poor quality and cooked poorly, it doesn't matter, however, what kind of hamburger it is. on the other hand, i'm almost just as happy with mcdonalds, too.

Take burger meat, mix in a little garlic salt.

On the grill naturally.

Blue Cheese crumbles and bacon. Red Onion, Lettuce, etc....

Bun should be buttered and toasted.
