Last night I cook up some steel cit oat in chicken broth, flovored it with bacon grease instead of butter and topped it off with some shredded chicken, avocado, diced onion, Mexican table cram and some chipotle sauce. It was good.

The 'Mexican' food found north of the border...even close by in CA, AZ, NM & TX isn't really the same thing as what you find in in Mexico itself.

That doesn't make it worse or better...just different.

So true. The food in Mexico actually has flavor. The mexican food at the restaurants where gringos eat taste like grease and salt.
