The Humane Society of the United States web site recommends Pet Sitting rates at $15 to $25 per day...which they say would typically include 2 visits to the house per day to bring in mail & newspaper, water plants if necessary, & take care of the pets regular needs (food, water & a walk / let out to play). Special needs for pets, i.e. additional time (like for puppies) or meds / trips to the vet would require a more "premium" rate.
So the previously suggested $150 to $200 for the week sounds about right depending on the duties.
