if the video can't be seen without a subscription, it still shouldn't be seen even if someone bypasses the site and uploads it to youtube.

I'm in agreement with jwinslow... and your comment doesn't make it right... it's on the same line as posting premium info/articles from other sites. I'm sure someone from coachtressel.com will see that vid and make sure it gets taken down (at least I would if I worked for them). Besides, coachtressel.com appears to be the best subscription-based site out there (an now putting on my HYAN hat) so why not support them instead of taking away from their revenue and charitable giving stream? Unfortunately there will always be those individuals that think every piece of content on the internet should be free for them. [/off soapbox]

It's a minute and a half video, if anything it would make people want to sign up even more. That is how I felt after watching it. I'd feel more remorseful if this site (Buckeyeplanet.com) was a pay site that was linking that info. But, it's a free site, and we get much more traffic than they do over at that site. There have been many good things said about coachtressel.com on this site, which has led to free advertisement for their site. I don't see it as a big deal when someone links to a youtube site. So, if there is a problem.....they should go after that site. I'm sure if someone get's ruffled enough, one of our admins will know about it.
On to the video. Great stuff! Beanie looked sick, hopefully he'll be doing that to guys in the maize and blue this season.

I have no objection when people here on BP link to youtube videos... on the contrary I think it adds to this site as many of those vids can be reproduced (highlights, compilations, etc). I have a problem with whomever loaded that video to youtube because it is suppose to be only for their paid customers and in essence is making the subscription info less valuable... if you can get the information for free, why pay for it? If coachtressel.com wanted anyone to see that video they would have made it public like they do with some of their other information.
Look at it this way... if you created some sort of unique media (article, picture, video, whatever) and had a site that charged $3.95 (or whatever) to view it and you found your piece of media hosted for free somewhere else would you be upset about that? I'd imagine you would be because you are not only losing a revenue stream you have lost the exclusivity of that media.
And yes, it would be foolish to go after BP for linking to that video... if coachtressel.com doesn't want it their they'll contact youtube directly and have them remove it... go after the source.

The video advertises "CoachTressel.com" at the beginning (and end, I think). This makes me think that it's a teaser for us to sign up and see more. Having that little bit on YouTube is only a boon for that CT.com.
