two lineman and a person with a ball and two defensive lineman and a linebacker or defensive back in a space about ten yards long and five yards wide... person with the ball and the two offensive lineman want to get to the other side, defensive lineman and linebacker or defensive back want to stop them from getting to the other side

basically it is just a good way to smack the hell out of each other on the first day with pads (and it's a whole lot of fun, unless you're going up against Beanie with a ball in his hands, I don't think that would be much fun in hoot n' holler)

That was a Vick-esque hold by Coach Hazell :biggrin:

Mr. Incredible can vouch for this drill, we had to do it in HS in Westerville. It fricking rocks...except when you get your a$$ kicked in the drill.
