I have a tradition of calling out Thump and arguing with him until the rest of the board gets angry.

Ok, in real life, I really can't think of any. It's a tradition for me to avoid (at all costs) going to visit my extended "family" (wife's grandparents), but also a tradition that none of my excuses work, and I always have to go....where, invariably, I get drunk and pass out from sheer misery.

I do the typical family stuff on Christmas eve. Then, my Brother in law and I drink and play pool until we can no longer stand. At that point, we sit and play video games until we pass out.

My mom and I drink Christmas eve after church while my dad doesn't, and we don't drink Christmas day. After some family stuff Christmas Day, we hang out with the "Rowdy" family the next day and that's when the drinking begins

that's a Festivus Miracle!

now let's move on to the feats of stength....

We had some traditions growing up... reading Twas The Night Before Christmas and such but no one really got drunk  All of our traditions stopped when most of my family moved away... we're pretty much back together now so we're starting them over again with our kids.
