What a stupid and fucked up crazy play.

Backwards pass during the sack first called intentional grounding.

Then on the end - before the Horns D picks up the ball to run with it it looks like one of UT assistants touches the ball on the field - before it leaves the field of play.

Texas presently with the ball in good field position - under review.

Truly one of the most messed up plays I've ever seen... didn't look like the guy touched the ball to me though. ASU just got a mulligan.

Texas got screwed. You can't use replay to call a penalty. It would be like reviewing a play for a reception vs. incomplete and calling pass interference. unless they threw a flag for the coach being on the field and touching the ball during live action, you can't go back and call the penalty after a replay. complete BS.
