Holiday Bowl: Baylor +0.5 vs UCLA (ov/un 79.5) 12/27 9:45 ESPN

So, with Nick Florence basically unstoppable in this offense and Kendall Wright in the NFL, RGIII's year doesnt look as amazing as it once did. He still deserved the Heisman but where is the love for Florence? That offense is crazy good.

I see your point but RG3's play in the NFL suggests he's that good. Time will tell if Florence can match it.

Whatever Briles is doing there, it works. If he can attract a little more defensive talent they'll become major players.

Not that it meant anything, because it didn't, but the end of this game is everything that is wrong with college officiating. On the last play of the game, UCLA threw a toss downfield about 40-50 yards, which the guy caught at like the 5. He barreled his way towards the end zone, but was clearly, and I mean clearly, stopped at the 1-1.5 yard line. The official obviously wasn't paying close attention, and had no idea what to call, so he puts his hands up to signal TD, expecting it to go to replay. Well, because it was the end of the game, they didn't even review it, despite the clear evidence that the guy was down WAY before crossing the goal line. Point being officials these days don't even care if they get calls right...and they hardly even pay attention. They just call something and expect replay to fix it. Which is why the games can be so hard to watch anymore, and take an hour longer than they should.
