I don't know if this mad ethe best of Craig's list or not but it should give pretty good insight into what I'm dealing with down here.

As I've grown older, I must retire from competitive racing and sell/trade my one of a kind lawnmower. I personally hand built this beast consuming 3500 hours. No expense was spared and its reliability and speed are an attest to that fact. The original, brand new Briggs and Stratton 20 horsepower block was highly modified to pump appox. 48 horsepower. This is no toy, and should be driven with respect. It will easily reach speeds of 60 mph very quickly and top out at 100 mph as clocked on Atlanta Motor Speedway. I won both Florida and Georgia championships 2 consecutive years in a row with NO mechanical failures. It thumps like a Harley and I've taken utmost care and maintenance with it. There are lawnmower racing associations in Jacksonville and Sebring with National racing all over the country. Its great fun and great people whom race these machines. I was pretty well insulated when I was there though. Right by Queen's Harbor, not far from the beach (Mo Wells's HS served my neighborhood), so my exposure to the underground lawnmower racing circuits was limited at best.
