what do you consider passing judgement? if I say it was a stupid thing to do and he should be benched for 3 games, am I passing judgement?

You know what I really don't understand? Why he couldn't get laid anyway, he is an Ohio State QB.

yes. you're completely ignoring the fact that in this country you're presumed innocent until proven guilty, and that he pleaded "not guilty." you're assuming that he is guilty. he's suspended from games until the case is cleared one way or the other. when the situation is resolved, THEN it's time to make a judgement.

and you're ignoring the fact that I'm not a judge, lawyer, or police officer and I don't have to abide by any "innocent until proven guilty" rules. I'm not saying he's guilty of solicitation anyways. I'm saying he's guilty of making a stupid mistake and should be punished accordingly for putting OSU in a bad light.

I remember seeing 'vaginal intercourse' specified in the legal language, so that probably wasn't the case.
