Help with Eastern Vermont Bed and Breakfasts

Does anyone have experience in the western part of Vermont for Bed and Breakfasts? The Woodstock area is where I am most interested. I don't need to flyfish or snowmobile either. Just a cool place to relax with the significant other and have a nice glass of wine or two by the fireplace.

Any advice is appreciated.

Edit: Oops, I meant Eastern Vermont, not Western.
