I'd rather be napping!!
He is six, his birthday is in Sept, he might not reach 7. Keeping in mind, he has been told too many times to recount, do not ride that little electric chopper...
That said, there is a child that lives a couple of doors over that has a small electric chopper motorcycle. I have told my children since the day they got it, that they weren't allowed to ride it. This weekend, my oldest comes in with skinned knees, he was riding the chopper and wrecked, at this time I re-iterated, "DO NOT RIDE THE CHOPPER".
Tonight, my youngest comes into the house, tears welling up in his eyes....
"I forgot to tell you, I was riding the chopper, and I wrecked into someones car".
She came to see me....
FUCK!!!
God please grant me Patience I wanted to hurt him, I really did. He took a shower, washed his wounds, and I made him go to bed (roughly 8:30). Now, he will stay in bed till tomorrow, and he will stay in the house all day tomorrow (I have informants
) .
I also told him that the $ for the car was coming from his birthday $.
Now, my wife says I am acting out of line, I don't really think so. Harsh, yes, but the child has a history of ignoring things that he is told. I think it is time he learned a lesson.
As much as it pains me to say this, " I have not laid a single hand on him" that said, my parents would have beaten the holey tar out of me...
I need a beer.......
FUCK
