If you know a cop, pay him to arrest them at their place of business on child molestation charges.
Ok...that might be over the top. But having him deliver a summons to appear in court should do the trick.

I once had a friend whose business email was something like tvsa.com. So, with my younger brother in the air force, I had her send him this scathing email about using the government email to discuss politics (we had been bashing specific politicians via email). And she signed it The Virtual Security Administration.
He took it hook, line, and sinker. Deleted and wiped his hard drive of all personal stuff, ran home for lunch, did the same on his home PC, called me at work and told me to do the same...on and on and on. I go home...tell my wife as I'm laughing my ass off, and she says, "But you told him it was a joke, right?" I said he'd figure it out. She made me call him and tell him...and it took me half an hour to convince him that I did it.
You know what they say...payback's a bitch.
He's a rock climber. So he sets me up by calling several times to say he's going on a big climb, which was true...he really made the climb. But on Monday morning, I get this call from his base in Wyoming. He had the person in charge of next-of-kin notification call me up and ask for my parents contact information. I kept asking him what was up, and he kept saying he could only speak with my brother's parents, they must be notified. This guy was good...so good, I am getting all choked up, and finally he refuses to continue the ruse any longer...hands the phone to my brother.
I don't play tricks on my younger brother any more.
