I think its odd that the last quarterback to win the Heisman to become a good, solid NFL quarterback was Roger Staubach (Navy, 1907, or something around that time). Maybe we can count Vinny Testaverde (since he did go to the pro bowl at least once). Ok.. and Carson Palmer is having a great year, but I think it's too early to include him on this list. (5-6 more seasons like this and he's on, in my opinion.) Am I missing anyone?

Jim Plunkett (1970 winner) won a Super Bowl.
