Hedge trimmers, gas vs. electric.

I am looking for a hedge trimmer and I am uncertain whether to go gas or electric. Anyone with experiences, please share, both good and bad.

Gas....Electric is for pansies.

In all honestly, I have found gas to be better as far as performance and obviously not being tethered to an extension cord.

I have both goats and cows. Neither one do a very good job when it comes to manicuring bushes.
