Just heard a piece on NPR how Sesame Street is putting Cookie Monster and the other muppets on a diet and exercise program. I guess Cookie Monster is a bad role model for children because of his sweet tooth, so its time to do the PC-thing and start using him, Elmo, Big Bird and the others to promote healthy foods and exercise to children.

Hey....this gives me an idea. Maybe all of us chunks on the Planet could bring a class action law suit against Sesame Street saying our overeating problems stem from watching the Cookie Monster as children.
