Talking about Fields’s night, he’s going over the stats and when he gets to the interception, he says “one interception and that was my fault. We should have run the ball. I never should have put him 8n that position.”
smart, humble, funny, stands up for his guys without being a dick about it. I’ve never heard him say a thing that rubs me the wrong way. I wouldn’t trade him for anyone right now.

If you watch his post- game conference, you'll see why we need to keep this man in Columbus at all costs. He will always be a players' coach but also call the game.

I was just telling my wife we need to keep this in perspective and not get too excited about this guy. Remember, he's doing this with Meyer's recruits. We need to wait and see what happens when he gets his own recruits here.
