HC Ryan Day (National Champion)

Coach Day, logging on to BP and seeing me doubting him:

I did t think he could ever win 4 big games in a row.

He may never do it again but who cares? He did it this time.

Now he’s got a trophy so he gets slack.
Exactly!

Hate some of his decisions for sure but the attacks on his family are horseshit. Wouldn't mind finding some of those people.

Happy as shit for coach.
Same. I was ruthless towards him here. I 100% called for his ass in the sling. But that was here. On a fucking message board. After seeing what he and his family went through, I rooted even harder for him to prove me, and everyone else, wrong. The sumbitch did it. Engineered an absolutely epic run and won the big one when EVERYONE but seemingly himself and his team doubted him. He will always have my respect for this.

I was wrong.

The criticism before was warranted. He wa losing big games and failing to win any of the stated goals.

He changed the narrative now.

Facts change, so do the opinions.

Absolutely. I don't take back anything I said. It was an individual assessment of things in the moment. But I was 100% wrong about how he and the team would react and I couldn't be happier.

So you want to see a coach who wins Nattys, has the best winning % in college football ( better than Urban and Tressel BTW) gone because of his record in a game that has realistically lost it's meaning and importance? I think you are in the minority.
Woah woah woah!!!

You're talking about the biggest rivalry in not only college football history but in the entire football universe.

It will never ever lose its meaning, not to any true Buckeye fan

NOW ... Let's be clear. Tonight and the whole week really is time for celebration!

I still don't trust him going up against ttun, but that for another time.

Tonight it's.... O-H ..... I-O
