Only folks like Stanley and Ginn can pull off pink attire. If AJ Hawk wore something like that, the only reason you wouldnt laugh at him is because he would destroy you. lol

That's funny, for some retarted reason I just though that Hawk could wear a dress to the shoe and the only place I'd feel safe saying anything is form the safety of my keyboard.

I didn't stick around for Stanley's diatribe, but his analytical skills have rarely impressed me in the past. Really, that whole pre-game and post-game show they do is pretty much a waste.

I think that a lot of the people jumping from ledges and piling on particular players are people who were the same blowhard, trash talking nitwits predicting that OSU would win by three touchdowns. Welcome to the generation of Monday morning, website-posting, armchair X-Box quarterbacks who expect every play to make the highlight reel and think that coaches just need to hit the B-button to make big plays happen.

We saw an amazing football game between two outstanding teams who played HARD. Results aside, that was the way college football should be played and coached. It wasn't perfect, and in the end one team was less perfect than the other. In reality, this was a one point game -- that's what it came down to. A foot on a field goal here, a tipped pass there, an inch-perfect throw over the shoulder of a WR who was covered. This game was why we watch.

The kids who want to see video game football need to move to a town with a Mountain West school.

Tressel should've used the right thumbstick, not the B-button.

We were down by ten when he was using the B-button, but then we came back when he went to the right thumbstick. Then he went back to the B-button like a freakin' idiot n00b. Gosh, I just wanna take his controller and smash it over his face. Tressel should switch to PS2 anyway, but he won't because he's a fanboy and is gonna stick with the Xbox that everybody thought was such a big deal when it came out.

Some of the responses I have read have me shaking my head....

As an ND fan after the last 10-15 years I would just about give my left one to have just played the #2 team in the country toe to toe and have the following probelms that your team has...

Ranked in the top 5 and should be #3.

Have three of the best linebackers in the country as well as the defense itself.

Have a set of receivers like you do and one of the most dangerous return men in the country.

Have a football team a few years aways from a NC and a team that is respected around the country.

Geez, must me rough.......

Here are a few things I remember. (not exact quotes, but as close as I can remember):

-Smith is 10 times the QB Zwick is.
-I don't know why JT would even put Zwick back in. This is the first time I have ever questioned one of JT's moves
-Zwick played terrible
-Zwick got us down by 10 and Smith single handedly brought us back
-etc.

Thanks for the props guys.

What is wrong with what he said? Zwick was not terrible and Smith was not great but everything else is about right.

:oh: I agree that there are a lot of people out there that are definatly over reacting. First off Texas probably runs the table. If Young plays like that in all of there games they wont lose a regular season game.
Second, OSU held Vince Young to 24 net rushing yards after Texas first offensive series. The OSU defense is good, very, very good.
In my opinion they should have stuck with Smith the entire 2nd half. We all know about the short field ect.... but that said, you dont mess with the mojo. Out of all of the drives Justin was involved in, only 1 of them led to a score. That is an inescapable fact. The guy is just flat snake bit. He makes a phenominal back up. He also has to know at this point that he probably isnt going to make an NFL roster.
Once Tony went down with the banged up knee he didnt run the same. It speaks VOLUMES that you really didnt see anyone else running the ball. Smiths added running threat makes the defense dangerous..... If the defense plays like it did vs Texas in the remaining games and the offense plays just even a little bit better, OSU wins the rest of its games.:io:
