When did I say they were? They have a good chance of being in it, but even if they arn't playing in the game it is STILL the NCAA title game, I'd hate to miss the game even if scUM was playing in it instead of OSU.

I might have to miss the NC because i go back to school that Monday. I go to Miami(OH) and we start 2nd semester Jan 8. If OSU makes it though, i'm telling me teachers i'm going and will pick up the papers i need the next day.

You should use the oportunity to teach the value of "not being a quitter". You can be a shining example to your team if you implore them to stick with it and don't quit! Imagine, you give an impassioned speech on sticking with it before they board the bus or van to head off to the meet, and you finish be saying:
"I've been feverishly rooting for the Buckeyes all season long. How can you expect me to quit on them now? They need me rooting for them now more than ever! So don't ever quit guys, and good luck in the meet!"
Then you close the door of the van, wave goodbye, head home and watch the Bucks.

Tivo it and run out of the gym with your hands on your ears, after the meet, so no one ruins any of the game for you. By fast forwarding through commercials and breaks, I'm sure you can be back to live by atleast half-time.

I will be taping the game and watching whatever I miss obviously, if it works out it won't be that big of a deal. My biggest fear is someone with a cellphone getting the score and loudly talking about the game though.
