OCBuckWife;1109613; said:Apparently, this was enough to FULLY AND COMPLETELY wake me up as I suddenly felt "released' and shot to a sitting position, almost hyperventilating from the effort. Scary, freaky feeling to not be in control of one's own body.
OCBuckWife;1169160; said:Oddly, this happened again, briefly, last night. Bad dreams had already occurred and after a minor sleep paralysis incident (no accompanying hallucinations this time) I had more bad dreams. I'm a lucid dreamer so of course, once the paranoia and fear hit my brain from the paralysis event, it lead me right into dreams about being chased and possessed. It was just as odd, scary, and awful as I remember it being even without hallucinations! I hope this doesn't mean it's something that will start happening more often! I thought once was more than enough.
