Then, when he does... tell him that you're not offended that he put a diploma mill school as his unaccredited degree granting institution.... but... now you can't hire him because you couldn't hire anyone actually stupid enough to pay for such a thing. (Of course, if he says he didn't pay, remind him that now he's lied on his resume.
