Hard boiled eggs?

I helped boil and color 75 dozen eggs last night and ate 4 or 5 of them throughout the process. You guys like hard boiled eggs?

I keep a bowl of them in the fridge. I'll slice onto a salad or just dip in salt for a quick snack.

Me neither (though my parents are). I'm just always looking for something I can cook the night before and eat before work without having to sacrifice my precious "snoozes". Hard-boiled eggs it is!

I just had one. We hard boil a few at a time and keep them in the fridge. Very handy breakfast food.

Yes... usually have some in the fridge. Egg Salad ROCKS!

I LOVE hardboiled eggs. Dice up over salads, eat plain or with salt sprinkled on them, deviled, and egg salad sandwiches. My favorite part of Easter is coloring eggs so that I can eat them.

A healthy mixture that includes hardboiled eggs is dicing them up (crumble the yolks) and mix with drained tuna fish. Eat on saltine crackers (tastes better with the salt but healthier without). You can also add diced onions but you better eat it the same day if you do that.

Yeah, we're making a dump truck full of tuna salad. You should see how many cats are running around our house.

Actually, the community service group I am in puts on an Easter Egg hunt for all the local kiddies. It's this Sunday, so we had to do the eggs last night. Turkey fryers are good for all sorts of stuff........
