PETA wants Punxsutawney to use a robotic Phil on Groundhog Day

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. ? People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals want organizers of Pennsylvania?s Groundhog Day festival to replace Punxsutawney Phil with a robotic stand-in.

But how will the robot know???

This is actually the robot PETA is trying to substitute for a groundhog. This robot will say "yes" to anything or anyone, including 6 more months of winter every year, as long as it has batteries and doesn't have a dick in its mouth.
