Yea hopefully my 35.96 50 Yard time will win it for me. That is not that great of a time. My last two meets I faced kids with insane times.
Last Saturday at a invitational in Bellefontaine there was this freshman from Shawnee with a 22.5 time. He was the fastest kid there and was only a freshman. That meet was a disaster for us. We didn't score one single point.
On Monday we had a duel meet against Centennial. Yet another disaster. We only had 5 swimmers. Which only included 1 girl. They had 20 swimmers. The kid I faced in the 50 blew me out of the water(24.6 seconds). The score was so bad at the end that Centennial was nice enough to not call the results into the Dispatch. I didn't hear the scores. But the girls score must have been something like 100-6 and the boys must have been 90-20. Our boys 200 relay team, got beat by Centennial's girls team.
The best teams in the city are Northland, Centennial, Eastmoor and Whetstone.
Half of our meets this year have included Eastmoor. Which we came in second in all but one. Today Eastmoor will not be there so we have a real good chance.

Yea UA is good. Our meet on Monday was a last second deal. Some school dropped out of Centennial's meet and they asked our coach last Friday if we wanted to face them.
My first reaction when I heard he got a meet against them. "Why do they want to beat up on us for?"
I asked him later if he would just finish us off and get a meet against UA. I was joking of course.
Before that I thought Centennial had the best swim team. Until I saw that Northland's boys(which also has a great team) beat them.
