I remember the last time I ate habanero. My father grew a plant that produced about 100 "fruit". He didn't know what to do with all of them so he put about 90 of them in a de-hydrator he had, and then ground them up into powder. He was grinding up some sausage (they live in the country) and added 1 tablespoon to about 20 lbs of it. It was delicious, but hot as hell.
